Using the tools

You may use these tools to process text you have the right to use. You remain responsible for your original text and for reviewing any transformed result before publishing or submitting it. Entering text does not transfer ownership of it to BrightToolkit.

Results and limitations

Word counts can differ from other applications because word boundaries and character definitions differ. Reading times are estimates. Case conversion is a mechanical transformation and does not identify every proper name, acronym, or editorial rule. These utilities are not a substitute for proofreading or a destination service’s own requirements.

Save important work

The editor does not provide persistent storage. Save a copy elsewhere before refreshing or closing the page. The Undo action restores only the text from before the most recent tool action.

Availability

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Features may be changed or removed. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Respectful use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, compromise its security, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others. Our privacy notice explains how this version handles editor text and website visits.
